Open My Subscription to see your plan, usage against limits, renewal/billing details, invoices, Message Credits (your SMS/WhatsApp balance), and to change plan, manage add-ons, or buy message credits. It's available to the Owner and to Privileged Administrators — Editors don't see it. SMS credit pricing is per destination country (Twilio); unused credits roll over.
Where to find it
My Subscription appears in two places:
- Subscription in the left navigation.
- My Subscription in the profile dropdown.
It's available only to users treated as admin (Owner and Privileged Administrator). If you don't see it, your role likely doesn't have access — see Users, Roles & Permissions.
What's on the page
Plan and renewal
- Your current plan and renewal/billing date.
- A Change Plan option to upgrade or downgrade.
- A Stripe customer portal entry to manage billing details, payment methods, and historical invoices.
Resources Used
This is where your usage against limits lives. Each resource shows Unused, Used, and Total:
- Message Credits — your SMS/WhatsApp balance (Unused / Used / Total).
- Other resources covered by your plan and add-ons — tracked items, contacts, users, companies.
Add-ons
Add-ons let you increase limits beyond your plan's base — for example, more tracked items, contacts, users, or companies. Manage add-ons (buy or change them) from this section.
Invoices and billing
View invoices and billing history; the Stripe customer portal handles payment method updates and download of past invoices.
Buy message credits
Top up SMS/WhatsApp credits directly. Because SMS pricing is per destination country (via Twilio), estimate your spend with the message credit calculator before topping up.
Message Credits — what to know
- Per-country pricing. Twilio bills by destination country, so the same number of credits can cover many SMS to one country and far fewer to another.
- Rollover. Unused message credits roll over to the next month.
- Out of credits for a country = no send to that country. If you've exhausted your balance for an expensive destination, those scheduled SMS won't go out. Top up and the next step in the sequence will send.
- Check the balance under Resources Used → Message Credits (Unused).
What happens next
- Plan changes: an upgrade is typically effective right away; a lower-price downgrade is scheduled for the next billing cycle. If your usage exceeds the target plan's limits, the UI blocks selecting that plan until usage drops or you add the right add-ons.
- Add-ons raise your limits cumulatively (add-ons add to the plan's base limits — they don't replace them).
- Buying message credits adds to your Unused balance immediately.
Edge cases & gotchas
- You can't downgrade past your current usage. Remindax blocks the plan selection if current usage exceeds the target plan's allowances. To downgrade, first archive items you no longer need, remove unused users/contacts, or wait for usage to drop. Archiving items is the fastest way to free tracked-item capacity — see Archive, deactivate, or restore.
- Over-limit accounts can view and delete, but not create new resources until usage drops or limits increase. So if a plan/add-on change leaves you over the new effective limit, day-to-day reading and cleanup work, but adding new items/contacts/users won't.
- One subscription per account, multiple companies. All companies in your account share the same plan, add-ons, and Message Credits pool.
- Editor users won't see this page. Subscription is admin-only (Owner and Privileged Administrator).
