Dashboard customization in Remindax is focused: you can change the time windows on the two "expiring soon" KPI cards in the top row, but you can't add, remove, or reorder dashboard widgets. To change a card's window, click its three-dot menu and pick a different period (e.g. switch "In 2 Weeks" to "In 3 Weeks" or "In 1 Month").

What you can customize

The two expiring-window KPI cards in the top row are configurable. They start with defaults like "In 2 Weeks" and "In 2 Months" — internally called dash_d1 and dash_d2 — and each can be changed independently.

Available period values

For each of the two cards, you can pick:

  • 1 Week
  • 2 Weeks
  • 3 Weeks
  • 4 Weeks
  • 1 Month
  • 2 Months
  • 3 Months
  • 6 Months

The label on the card updates to match your choice — for example, picking "3 Weeks" displays the card as "In 3 Weeks." The count itself reflects how many tracked items have expirations within the chosen window.

Steps

  1. Open the Dashboard.
  2. On one of the two expiring-window KPI cards, click the (three-dot) icon in the top-right corner of the card.
  3. Pick a period from the dropdown.
  4. Repeat for the second card if you want to change it too.

What happens next

  • The card refreshes to show the new window's count.
  • The label on the card updates to match.
  • Clicking the card now drills into Explorer filtered to the chosen period.
  • The matrix side-table (Expiration / Due Dates / Appointments / Events) reflects the same two windows you've chosen.

What you can't customize

A few honest limits worth flagging so you don't go hunting for hidden settings:

  • No widget picker. You can't hide or show widgets like Document Type Usage, Tasks, Recent Replies, or Recent Activity.
  • No drag-to-reorder. Card and widget positions are fixed.
  • No "reset to default." The two window settings change directly — there's no reset button.
  • Only the two expiring-window cards are customizable. The other top-row cards (Expired Items, Completed, Compliance, Pending Action, Total Items) and the lifecycle row (Upcoming, In Process, Archived, Inactive) are fixed.

Edge cases & gotchas

  • The choice is per company. Switching to another company in the top-right selector shows that company's window settings.
  • Window changes ripple through related views. The card count, the side-table headers, and the drill-through filter all reflect the new window.
  • Compliance % isn't affected. Compliance is calculated as (Total − Expired − Pending Action) ÷ Total and doesn't depend on these window choices. See How compliance % is calculated.
