The Activity Report is your workspace audit log — every event over a date range. The Reminder Replies Report is your record of recipient responses over a date range, filterable by contact. Both reports live in the Reports module and support Copy, Excel, PDF, and Print export of the visible table.
Activity Report — your audit log
What it shows
Every meaningful event in the workspace:
- Renewals (reminders marked complete or with dates updated)
- Edits to reminders (title, expiry, contacts, sequence)
- Status changes
- New reminder creations
- Deletions to Recycle Bin
- User actions
This is the trail your team or your auditors look at when asking "what happened?"
Filters
The Activity Report has one filter only: date range (two date inputs with a TO separator).
The narrow filter set means you'll pull everything in the date range and review or export. If you need a narrower cut, export to Excel and filter there.
Common use cases
- Auditing renewals: "Show me every renewal action that happened in Q1." → Set date range to Q1 → View Activity → export to Excel for the audit folder.
- Investigating an issue: "When was this reminder last edited?" → Set a recent date range → View Activity → search/sort the table.
- Team review: "What did our compliance team get done last month?" → Set date range to last month → review and export.
Export
The Activity Report's table has Copy, Excel, PDF, and Print buttons above it. The export reflects the visible state (current sort, in-table search). For a full month's activity, clear any in-table search first.
Reminder Replies Report
What it shows
Every reply a recipient sent against a reminder over the date range:
- Who replied (name and email)
- What they said (comment + Reply Status they picked)
- Which item the reply was about
- When the reply arrived
Filters
Two filters:
- Date range — two date inputs.
- Contact — narrow to replies from a specific contact.
The contact filter is useful when you want to see one customer's responses over time (for a relationship audit) or when you want to verify a specific person did or didn't reply.
Common use cases
- Tracking renewals via reply: "How many recipients confirmed renewal this month?" → Set date range → View Replies → export.
- Single-contact history: "What has Customer X replied to over the past year?" → Set date range + Contact filter → review.
- Compliance evidence: Export the Replies Report for an audit period as part of your records.
Export
Same as Activity: Copy, Excel, PDF, Print buttons above the table.
Using them together — the compliance audit workflow
A common use case is preparing for a compliance audit. The workflow:
- Activity Report — set date range to the audit period → View Activity → review every renewal action your team logged → export to PDF for the audit folder.
- Replies Report — same date range → View Replies → review every recipient confirmation/response → export to PDF for the audit folder.
- Cross-reference in your audit notes — "Item X was renewed by Y on date Z; recipient confirmed via reply on date W."
This gives you both sides of the renewal trail — your team's actions and recipients' confirmations — for the audit period.
Where the Dashboard panels fit in
The Dashboard's Recent Activity and Recent Replies panels are short previews — useful for "what just happened?" but not for analysis. Click View All Activities or View All Replies to jump into the full reports.
Note that the Dashboard panel labels diverge slightly from behavior:
- Recent Activity shows the latest 5 rows (labeled "Last 30 days").
- Recent Replies shows the last 30 days of replies (labeled "Last five").
The reports themselves are the authoritative views — use them when accuracy matters. See Dashboard Recent Replies and Activity.
What happens next
- Use How to run and export a report for the mechanics.
- The exports become part of your audit / compliance records.
Edge cases & gotchas
- Filters are narrow on these reports. Activity Report has date range only; Replies has date range + contact. For more nuanced cuts, export to Excel and filter there.
- No CSV export. Excel is offered.
- No scheduling from the report pages. Manual cadence or contact support for alternatives.
- Filter state lives in the URL. A bookmarked URL preserves the filters; a fresh visit usually resets to defaults.
- No preset date ranges. Type or pick dates manually.
- Reports show data, not interpretations. They list events for you to analyse.
Related questions
- How do I see every action a user performed this month? Activity Report → set date range → View Activity → export if needed. (Note: no per-user filter on Activity — filter in Excel after export.)
- Can I export every renewal-confirmation reply from last quarter? Yes — Replies Report → set date range to the quarter → View Replies → export. Filter by Reply Status in Excel if needed (it's not a built-in filter).
- Where do replies from the Inbox go? Same data as the Replies Report — Inbox is the unread feed; Replies Report is the full historical view.
- Can I see only replies from one contact? Yes — use the Contact filter on the Replies Report.
- Why is the filter set so narrow? That's the current product. For richer slicing, export to Excel.
