Recent Replies on the Dashboard shows recent recipient replies (with sender, comment, item, and timestamp); each row links to the item's replies tab. Recent Activity shows recent workspace events (renewals, edits, status changes); each row links to the item's activity tab. Use View All on either panel to open the full Replies or Activity report.

Recent Replies

This panel shows recent recipient replies against your reminders. Each row shows:

  • The recipient's name and email who replied.
  • The comment they wrote (if any).
  • The item they replied about (with type and title).
  • The timestamp of the reply.
  • A View button to open the item's replies tab.

If there are no recent replies, the panel shows "No recent replies found."

Replies appear here when a recipient uses the reply link in a reminder email to update Reply Status, leave a comment, and/or attach a renewed document. See Configure Reply Status.

Scope: the panel returns replies from the last 30 days. The on-screen label "Last five" reflects an intent for a short preview; the actual list is the last-30-days set. For the full filtered, paginated view, click View All Replies.

Recent Activity

This panel shows workspace events. Each row shows:

  • The user who performed the action.
  • A brief description of what happened (e.g. "the contract is renewed and we are good to go").
  • The item / type involved.
  • A View button to open the item's activity tab.

Scope: the panel shows the latest 5 activity rows (newest first). The on-screen label "Last 30 days" reflects a typical browsing window; the panel itself is a 5-row preview. For the full feed, click View All Activities.

What happens next

  • View on any row opens the related item, at the replies tab or the activity tab.
  • View All Replies opens the full Replies report; View All Activities opens the full Activity report.
  • Reply data ties into the item's status: if a recipient picks the nominated Reply Status on a reminder with "Renew/update upon reply" enabled, the item is renewed automatically.

Edge cases & gotchas

  • "No recent replies found" isn't a problem. It just means no recipient has replied recently — it isn't an error.
  • The panel labels diverge slightly from behavior (Recent Replies returns 30 days; Recent Activity shows the latest 5). Use View All when you need the complete list.
  • Recent Activity is workspace-wide, scoped to the current company. Switching companies switches the activity shown.
  • Send confirmations aren't shown here. To confirm a reminder went out, check the item's reminder queue (a double tick under "reminders sent" = success), not Recent Replies.
