Common problems
- A reminder notification didn't send (email, SMS, or WhatsApp) — see Notifications didn't send.

- A contact has a warning and isn't receiving reminders — see Contact blacklist warning.

Before you dig in — two quick checks
Many issues resolve with these:
- Confirm which company/workspace you're in. The selector at the top-right (showing General by default) determines which data you see. Companies don't share data, so a "missing" item is often just in another company. See Companies & Workspaces explained.
- Confirm your role. Some actions are limited by role (Administrator vs Editor). If a button is missing or greyed out, your role may not permit that action. See Users, Roles & Permissions.
